Poly L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a synthetic material that is biocompatible and biodegradable, gradually absorbed by the body—commonly used in dissolvable stitches.

PLLA can be used on all skin types for both men and women. It is applicable for the face, neck, arms, breast, buttocks, and hands (excluding the nose, jaw, and lips).
