Do you offer OEM & ODM service?
Yes, we are able to offer OEM & ODM service, but please provide us registration certification in advance.
Can you send samples before we place order?
Yes, we can send samples as requested and sample fee can be refunded when you place order. Freight has to be paid by your side.
Can I customize my own products?
Yes, we are glad to receive your customize request. Please send us detailed requirement.
How do you check all the goods in the production line?
We have spot inspection for each production process and also have finished product inspection.
What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.
What can we do if we find quality or quantity problem?
Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal. If it is over 3%, please send pictures and video in time. We will make a satisfactory solution within 24 hours.
