Ti-xel is a thermal fractional skin rejuvenation system powered by Thermo-Mechanical Action (TMA) technology. Ti-xel employs a hot titanium tip which transfers direct heat to the upper dermis. The proprietary tip is constructed of biocompatible temperature resistant titanium alloy. The tip consists of an array of tiny pyramids which are heated to a temperature of 400°C. The apex of the pyramids transfers energy to skin by very brief controlled contact. Treatment is nearly painless. Analgesic creams are typically not required. Healing is fast and down time short. Based on Thermo-Mechanical Ablation (TMA) technology, the Ti-xel impacts the targeted tissue almost identically to fractional CO2 and erbium lasers, however with low pain, safely with no side effects. Healing is fast and down time short. Ti-xel offers a new dimension in compactness, ergonomic design, and operating comfort to its users who will also benefit from significant cost savings in equipment, maintenance, operating costs and in floor space.

How many treatments do I need?
Generally, 3 to 5 treatments are recommended to achieve the expected clinical outcome.
How long does a single treatment take?
The topical anesthetic cream requires 20 to 30 minutes to take effect prior to treatment. The treatment session itself takes 20 to 30 minutes, including complete post-treatment care. Therefore, each session requires approximately 1 hour. All treatment tips are fully disposable post-treatment to ensure hygiene.
How long is the recovery time after the treatment?
Expect mild swelling and slight redness for the first 1 to 3 days. The overall downtime involved is significantly reduced because this treatment targets the deeper dermal layers while leaving the outer epidermis virtually intact.
What are the advantages of the Titanium Head?
The biocompatible titanium tip is extremely temperature-resistant, highly durable, and completely non-toxic. It conducts heat exceptionally stably at 400°C and features an automatic dry heat sterilization system, requiring no manual cleaning.
Is the treatment painful and does it require anesthesia?
No, treatment is nearly painless and extremely safe with no side effects. Analgesic creams or general anesthesia are typically not required, allowing simple operations and easy post-care.
How does this technology compare to traditional laser scar removal?
Unlike traditional lasers, this system uses natural, direct thermo-mechanical heat conduction rather than radiation. This results in minimal skin damage, no skin breaking, no burning, no bleeding, and a significantly shorter healing period.
